Educational Qualification:
1. Project Engineer (State Project Management Unit) - Graduate in Civil engineering from any recognized institute. Minimum 7 years of relevant post qualification experience in design, supervision, project management in the water supply sector/waste water (Sewerage) Schemes.

2. Project Engineer (District Project Management Unit) - Graduate in Civil engineering from any recognized institute. Minimum 1 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in design, supervision,
project management in any infrastructure sector.

3. Sanitation Specialist - Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and sanitation, or a related field; 3 years of professional development experience in the WASH sector, and significant project management experience;

4. Finance Specialist  - MCOM/MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA or equivalent.

5. Community and Communication Development Specialist - Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/ Social welfare/ Rural Development.

6. LDA - Accounts - Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute.

7. MIS Assistant - Graduate in any stream from recognized institute.

8. Office Assistant - Graduate in any stream from recognized institute.

Pay Scale:
1. Project Engineer (State Project Management Unit) - Rs.60,000 - Rs.80,000/- per month (Inclusive of all Incentive)
2. Project Engineer (District Project Management Unit) - Rs. 27,500 per month (Inclusive of all Incentive)
3. Sanitation Specialist - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive of all Incentive)
4. Finance Specialist  - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive of all Incentive)
5. Community and Communication Development Specialist - Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum (Inclusive of all Incentive)
6. LDA - Accounts - Rs. 25,000 per month (Inclusive of all Incentive)
7. MIS Assistant - Rs. 16,000 per month (Inclusive of all Incentive)
8. Office Assistant - Rs. 16,000 per month (Inclusive of all Incentive)

Age Limit: The upper age limit is restricted to 40 years as on 01-01-2018. 

Selection: Selection of the candidates will be based on shortlisting and Interview/Written Test.
